deSide: responsive handheld

'deside' is a project designed under the topic of 'responsive design'. It handles the question of how the use of smartphones can be responsively optimized with your left hand. Iteratively we tried to find sources of error and to integrate the resulting experiences into a system. First we created a case that recognizes by capacitive sensors in which hand it is held. Secondly we developed a Processing sketch that responds to the use of smartphones.
